I just read an excellent interview with Tilda Swinton, probably one of the best actresses around. It appeared in The Guardian.
She’s the indie actor who charmed Hollywood and bagged an Oscar. She plays emotionally dysfunctional women, yet has never been more content.
She has a happy home life with the father of her children – but has a boyfriend, too. Simon Hattenstone meets the contradictory Tilda Swinton.

Tilda Swinton has recently played in two movies: one is quite well known, the latest Cohen Borthers’ Burn after Reading, the other is less famous, it’s Erik Zonca’s Julia.
In this latter, Swinton plays Julia, “an alcoholic on the constant decline. She spends the nights partying, usually not knowing where she is, when she wakes up. Because of that, she loses her job. Her only friend, Mitch, a recovering alcoholic himself, makes her go to an AA meeting, where she meets her neighbour, Elena” read more here
